- サービス開始前のため、現在は販売していません。開始後は、各申込画面に価格（税金を含む総額）を表示します。Not on sale yet. When we open, each order page shows the full price, including any taxes.
- 商品代金以外の必要料金Other charges
- 署名した書類の郵送料（お客様負担）、インターネット接続料金・通信料金。戸籍の請求を代理する行政書士の報酬は、行政書士が別途請求します。Postage for the signed pages you mail (paid by you) and your internet costs. The licensed scrivener who requests the records charges their own fee separately.

- 署名した委任状が届いてから、通常1〜3か月（自治体の処理と郵便の期間によります）Usually 1–3 months after your signed power of attorney arrives, depending on the city office and the post.
- キャンセル・返金Cancellation and refunds
- 役務の性質上、自治体へ請求した後のキャンセルはできません。請求前であれば全額を返金します。戸籍が廃棄済みで取得できなかった場合は、申込画面に表示する額を返金します。Orders cannot be cancelled once the request has been sent to the city office. Before that, you get a full refund. If the office has discarded the register, we refund the amount shown on the order page.
